淮山雪耳糖水:

材料:
鮮淮山1支
雪耳1個
紅棗8粒
冰糖100克

處理:
1.雪耳,清水浸軟。
2. 雪耳,已浸了超過1小時,清水洗淨,揸乾水。
3. 雪耳,剪去硬的部分。
4. 雪耳,切細舊,放入煲。
5. 紅棗,去核,洗乾淨,放入煲。

烹調:
1. 1個人1碗水,加水入煲。
2. 中火煲10分鐘。
3. 淮山,洗乾淨,刨去皮,切細粒。
4. 雪耳及紅棗已煲了10分鐘,放淮山,再煲10分鐘。
5. 又煲了10分鐘,如覺得材料未夠腍,可再煲多5分鐘。
6. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:

Red dates 8 Nos.
Rock sugar 100g

Preparation:
